Fence House is an exquisite detached house resting in Fence, Lancashire. Following our renovation in February 2023, this property will now have 10 bedrooms in total. The property will sleep 21 guests all-together, pictures will be uploaded upon completion

The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric AGA with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a cinema with a gas fire and a conservatory/dining area with seating for eight people. The bedrooms consist of a two doubles with en-suite bathrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, two doubles, a single and a double bunk, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed lawn with patio and a hot tub. Within 1.2 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 0.7, a pub. One well-behaved pet is allowed, but smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, starter packs for the stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A selection of books, a highchair and cot are also available. Fence, a picturesque village in Lancashire, is famed for its stunning church, St Anne's Church, and is near to the towns of Nelson and Burnley. There is a small pub and a shop, but the remainder of the village is quiet and surrounded by charming residential properties.
