For entertainment there is a TV and Wifi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Outside there is off-road parking and a communal garden. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles away, whilst the beach is 0.3 miles away. Note: Garden is not fully enclosed. Polzeath is a seaside resort with a sandy beach backed by rock pools, regarded as one of the top surfing beaches in the country. The South West Coast Path, a 630-mile trail that goes through Polzeath, features a number of small businesses, cafes, and restaurants. The renowned Camel Trail runs through the village, and the neighbouring town of Padstow, with its port, pastel-washed ancient houses, and well-known eateries. Polzeath is a spectacular place to base your escape to Cornwall.
