The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, dining table and a woodburning stove. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include a double and twin serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is a garden with barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, EVC installed for one electric car fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property is pet-friendly however smoking is not allowed. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 2.1 miles there is a pub. Tinkley Cottage is a heart-warming escape, whatever time of year.
