The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, dining table and a woodburning stove. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include a double and twin serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is a garden with barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, EVC installed for one electric car fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property is pet-friendly however smoking is not allowed. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 2.1 miles there is a pub. Tinkley Cottage is a heart-warming escape, whatever time of year. Additionally, they are the location of the famous Winstones Ice Cream Factory and three 18-hole golf courses. The spa town of Cheltenham boasts Georgian architecture and the Gold Cup horse race, while the seaside city of Gloucester, with its Victorian Docklands, is only a short drive away. Cirencester, renowned as "The Gateway to the Cotswolds," also provides numerous historic buildings and museums. a great place to start exploring this unspoiled region of England.
