The living areas in the property consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with TV, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, TV and dining seating for 10. The bedrooms consist of four super-king-size bedrooms with en-suites, one with an en-suite, a super-king size and a ground-floor double, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture, hot tub, a bar and heated games room, as well as off-road parking for five cars, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and a highchair and travel cot is available on request. Sorry, no smoking allowed. There is a shop with 0.6 miles, and a pub with 0.9 miles. Mulberry House is a spectacular home, ideal for a large group getaway. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £500. Please Note: The house is suitable for some partially disabled, as there are 2 steps down to the lounge and showering facilities are upstairs.
