This ground-floor, duplex apartment has two bedrooms, one double and a ground-floor twin (zip/link, can be King on request), along with a bathroom. The living areas include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and a table for four guests, and a sitting room with a Smart TV. Outside, there is a courtyard with furniture, and a free public car park 50 metres away. Within 0.1 miles, there is a shop and pub, and within 2.2, a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Newborough (Niwbwrch) is a small village in Anglesey's south west. Llanddwyn Bay is nearby, a beautiful beach ideal for swimming, canoeing, beachcombing, birdwatching, or just relaxing! The 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is a National Nature Reserve and home to skylarks, meadow pipits, oyster catchers, toads and lizards. Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm, and Anglesey Sea Salt are all within 3 miles of the village centre. The Anglesey racing track in nearby Aberffraw will make for an exciting day.
