The living areas of the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric range, gas hob, microwave, two x fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a sitting room with gas fire, Smart TV, selection of books and games, a dining room with a piano, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a cloakroom and bike storage. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size with TV and hand basin, and two twin rooms, along with a family bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbeque and summer house, and a private driveway for four cars. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles you will find a pub, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Troy is a generous traditional dwelling for a family break in Devon. Please note the property accepts bookings with a minimum of three nights.

With great walking and cycling paths in the area, the charming village of Yelverton is an ideal location for exploring Dartmoor. The Drakes Trail, a 21-mile cycling and walking route that connects adjacent Tavistock and Plymouth via wooded valleys and open moorland, crosses through the village. Bicycles can also be rented in the village. The Drake Manor Inn and The Royal Oak, both in Yelverton, offer a friendly welcome and excellent locally sourced food. Buckland Abbey, The Garden House, and Burrator Reservoir are all close by. Day trips to Salcombe and Newton Ferrers, a lovely riverbank village in South Devon, are easy to come by. Plymouth's naval harbour, noted for its nautical heritage and the historic Barbican neighbourhood, with its narrow, cobblestone alleyways dotted with a superb range of restaurants and bars, is also conveniently accessible.
