The first floor hosts two king-sizes with en-suite shower, a family room with a king-size and single, along with a bathroom. The property features underfloor heating. Outside you will find ample private parking for 6 vehicles and an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. The courtyard also has a small lawned area with children's ride on toys, seesaw and climbing frame. The property is also within 500 metres of a riding school. The shop is situated 1.2 mils away, whilst the pub is 0.7 miles away. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the cost. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at this property. Please be aware that there are steps in the courtyard. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £450.
