The living areas in this second-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living area with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, both with Smart TVs, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a communal rear lawn, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sea Spell Loft is a charming base, perfect for beginning your adventures in the East Riding of Yorkshire. On the East Coast, 15 miles south of Bridlington, is the charming coastal village of Hornsea. This historic Victorian resort is perfect for families since it boasts long, wide, safe sandy beaches as well as a lovely promenade with well-kept plants. The thriving town centre is filled with a nice selection of local shops, bars, and cafes, while Hornsea Mere, the largest natural lake in Yorkshire, is close by and provides boat rides, sailing, and fishing. While Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, home to one of Britain's greatest mainland puffin populations, can be reached in just over half an hour's drive, Hornsea Freeport is well known for its shopping. Wassand Hall and walled gardens are nearby, and Hornsea makes a wonderful home base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, North York Moors, and East Riding coastal destinations. Within a short distance are the historic city of York, Beverley with its renowned gothic cathedral, and The Deep in Hull.
