The Barn, St. Minver is a reverse-level property with a first-floor open-plan living space, consisting of a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for seven guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are four ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom, and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a smoke-free property. Polzeath is the ideal setting for trying your hand at surfing with its nearby Surf School, or if you'd prefer to sit the action out, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
