The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight people, a sitting room with a TV, and a games room with a TV and sofa bed for two extra guests. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor super-king-size zip/link and two twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom, a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a front patio garden with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Waters Edge offers fabulous views of Loch Ryan and the perfect base to explore Dumfries and Galloway. Please note that there are steep stone steps with a banister up to the property and the games room is glass-fronted with safety glass, please take care.
Stranraer is located on the northern side of the isthmus that connects the Rhins of Galloway to the mainland, on the beaches of Loch Ryan. There are plenty of shops and cafés and the Stranraer Town Trail explores historic sites. The Southern Upland Route passes through Stranraer on its way through the Galloway Hills. Castle Kennedy, Glenwhan, and Logan are three neighbouring gardens that are well worth a visit.
From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
