This property consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a utility. Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of 1 x ground-floor king-size and 1 x ground-floor double, both with en-suites, a ground-floor twin, and a first floor king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden area with lawn, gravelled space and furniture, along with off-road parking for up to four cars. Please note, this is a smoke-free property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair available on request. Bring your loved ones for a memorable stay at Hurdwick Lodge. Note: There is an unfenced pond located on the parkland, please make sure children are supervised. Note: The owner's home is located adjacent to the lodge. Note: There will be livestock grazing in the parkland. Note: As from the 2nd August 2024, this property will allow two well behaved dogs at an additional cost of £25 per dog. As the property is on a working farm, all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and dog poo picked up please. There is a small enclosed garden for exercising your dog, otherwise there are many beautiful walks on Dartmoor. Note: Short breaks are a minimum of 3 nights stay

The port city of Plymouth, with its Historic Royal William Yard, Barbican Quay, and intriguing museum The Box, which features history, art and houses an archive for Plymouth and the South West, is conveniently located nearby. Within an hour's drive, Torbay, the Eden Project, and the sandy surfing beaches of Devon and North Cornwall all offer things to do for the whole family. Tavistock is a fantastic vacation spot all year long.
