The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining seating for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV, there is also another sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV, a utility room with washing machine and a shared games barn with table-tennis, darts and pool table. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with en-suite bathrooms, a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom room and a cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, an enclosed garden with patio and access to the external, heated outdoor swimming pool that is shared with the owners on the grounds. Within 2.4 miles is a shop and 2.5 miles a pub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking.
