Set across two floors in reverse-level and hosting four bedrooms, including a ground-floor king-size, ground-floor double, a ground-floor single with pull-out bed and a ground-floor adult's bunk bed with basin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. There is also a first-floor kitchen/diner, external utility and a first-floor living/dining room with multi-fuel stove and balcony. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV with Freeview and FreeSat, DVD Player, 2 x CD Players and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture to the rear, as well as a balcony with furniture. The central heating is powered by oil and is included with the rental price. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however please ensure pets and children are supervised at all times. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop 0.9 miles away, a pub 1.4 miles away and a beach 0.7 miles away. Eleri is a stunning holiday home, ideal for a family seeking a coastal escape. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200.
