Set over four floors, you will find five bedrooms including a second-floor king-size with balcony and en-suite walk-in shower room, a ,second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower room, a king-size with a balcony, a twin with a cot and a final family room with four singles, along with a bathroom. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an open fire. The kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, while for your entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, and bed linens are included in the rent, and you will also find highchair, cot, travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with decking, a patio, a bar, a barbecue and furniture. The property accepts pets, however it does not allow smoking and there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Please note that there are steps down to the back garden so please take care. Find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles and a beach in 0.3 miles. Nyth Y Fran is a fantastic base for a break to the Welsh seaside.

Abersoch is a charming coastal community on the Llyn Peninsula, and is noted for its stunning landscape and diverse walks. Located between two beautiful bays, tourists can enjoy sailing regattas during the summer and several stores, taverns, restaurants, and cafés. There is a golf course just in village and horse riding facilities nearby, whereas watersports enthusiasts may enjoy windsurfing, water skiing, dinghy sailing, and the world-famous surfing in Port Neigwl (Hell's Mouth).
