Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a ground-floor twin with TV and a ground-floor bunk with TV, along with two ground-floor shower rooms, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, an external dining room, a utility, a sitting room and a first-floor snug. There is central heating powered by gas as well as under-floor heating. The kitchen is fit with an electric double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst there is a washing machine and tumble dryer situated in the utility. For entertainment, there are three TV's with Freeview, a DVD and CD player, a radio and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the rental price, and there is a highchair, travel cot and baby bath available. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars available, as well as an enclosed rear garden with patio, summer house and furniture. This property accepts one small, well-behaved pet, however smoking is not permitted. There is a shop within 0.3 miles, a pub within 0.9 miles, and a beach within 1.2 miles. Guests should be mindful that the first-floor snug is suitable for children over the age of 12 only. This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200 and check-in from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Pen Y Sarn is perfect for guests looking for an escape from reality.
