The Warren Q4 is a lovely detached lodge nestled on the Warren Holiday Park near Abersoch, North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Single storey. Three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower and two twins, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. The heating is gas and kitchen houses an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. For entertainment there are two TVs with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear decking with barbecue and furniture. One small pet is welcome however smoking is not allowed. 0.4 miles to a shop, pub and beach. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Note: Watercrafts are not permitted on the park. Note: On-site facilities at The Warren Holiday Park include: Technogym, three outdoor swimming pools and flume, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam rooms, badminton courts, squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, Warren Spa (at an extra fee), soft play area and the Sandbar Beach Restaurant. Note: There are steps down from the decking, please take care. Note: There are stone steps leading up to the enclosed patio, please take care. Note: Guests are to bring their own towels, tea towels and beach towels; alternatively, if you would like a towel service please call Mrs Colette Bland 07745 399902 (This is an independent service supplied by a third party but recognised and verified by Abersoch Quality Homes). Note: There are steps leading up to the rear decking, please take care. Please be aware that check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. The Warren Q4 is a splendid retreat, whatever time of year.

Located on the Llyn Peninsula, in a scenic corner of North Wales, the bustling harbour village of Abersoch makes a wonderful holiday spot. The village, which is nestled between two beautiful bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held here throughout the summer. Home to a number of amenities, including a range of restaurants, pubs and cafés, visitors are well-looked after during their time here.
