Ty Coed is a beautifully presented, detached property situated in the heart of Abersoch, Wales and can sleep ten guests in five bedrooms.

Five bedrooms including two king-size, double, twin, adult bunk. There is also a bathroom, shower room, cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, snug and a sitting room. The heating is oil and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment there are two smart TVs, a TV with basic Sky Q, DVD player and Superfast broadband WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with decking, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but smoking is not permitted. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.3 miles. Ty Coed is a wonderful retreat, whatever time of year.
Abersoch is a delightful harbour community, nestled on the Llyn Peninsula, in an area of Wales known for its spectacular landscape and varied walks. The hamlet, situated between two beautiful bays, is a popular sailing destination in North Wales, and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer. There are numerous shops catering to tourists, as well as pubs, restaurants, and cafes. There are also chances for golfers, as there is a course just outside the village, and horseback riding is accessible nearby.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
