Set across three floors and hosting five bedrooms, including a super-king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, two doubles, a second-floor family room and a further family room with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, along with a bathroom, a ground-floor wet room and a first-floor cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. The property is heated via oil central heating, with underfloor heating provided in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fit with a range oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, whilst the utility comprises of a washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment purposes, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Outside there is off-road parking for 6 cars and a garden with an orchard, lawn, summerhouse and furniture. Apologies, but this property does not accept pets or smoking. The market town of Ashbourne rests nearby, along with the fun-filled amusement park of Alton Towers.
