The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for 11 people, an electric double oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, Xbox with games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs, and a shared games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and TV with PS2 and games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bath room, a double, a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, and a family room with four-poster king-size and single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, a hot tub and barbecue, shared used of a 6-acre site, and parking for three cars in a car park approximately 30 metres from the property. Within 2.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however hot tub towels are not included. Starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally. Hazel Barn welcomes a group of 11 to stay in a historic setting with the delights of Devon on your doorstep. Note: One of the double bedrooms and both twins have sloping ceilings. Note: The property is over three floors, with five steps from ground floor to first floor level and then a further five steps to second floor level. Note: This property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
North Molton, an ancient village, is a great place to start exploring Exmoor and North Devon's spectacular shoreline. The village has a welcoming bar, Post Office, and village shop that sells local produce and home-baked items, while South Molton, just a few miles away, has a variety of businesses and a twice-weekly market. This small village is sure to please visitors of all tastes, as it is conveniently located near both coastal and inland beauty sites.
