The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting room with a TV and a multi-fuel stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a front lawned garden and guests have shared use of the 6-acre site with a shared external games room with table tennis, pool table, table football. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Beechcroft is a delightful escape for four in Devon. Note: This property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places, please take care. Note; This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. Note: A starter pack for the multi-fuel stove is included in the rent throughout Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally.
