This three-storey holiday home has four bedrooms with en-suites, including two super-king-size, a second-floor king-size and a second-floor twin. There’s also a kitchen, a dining room, a cloakroom/utility and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryers, and a coffee machine for cappuccinos and espresso, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a washing line for drying, a garden with seating area, a rear courtyard with a large table/chairs and parasol and roadside parking. Parking permits for up to two cars nearby on a first-come, first-served basis (spaces not guaranteed). Two well-behaved pets are welcome. This property does not accept smoking or vaping. Find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and a beach in 0.3 miles. Note: Hairdryers on each floor. Note: Regatta House offers one parking permit for one car in a near by car park and scratch cards for one further car for on street parking nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Regatta House is a fabulous dwelling, perfect for a family escape to North Yorkshire.

Among its many attractions, Whitby has a beautiful ambience with meandering streets and obscure alleys that are home to a variety of restaurants and businesses. Visit the charming harbour and lighthouse to watch the sun go down, or go whale watching or on a coastal cruise to see the wildlife up close. To immerse yourself in history, ascend the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey or go to the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, which features a historical and anthropological display about Cook himself. Whitby is a fantastic location for discovering all that Yorkshire has to offer. It is close to Robin Hood's Bay, rich in history, wonders, and scenic areas, and is easily accessible from the thriving towns of Scarborough and Middlesbrough.
