This three-storey home includes an open-plan living space, a first-floor utility, and a sitting room/media room, along with four super-king-size bedrooms, three with en-suites, and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom. Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, wine chiller, and hairdryer, along with five Smart TVs, and a surround sound system. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, and fire pit, multiple balconies, and a second-floor terrace with furniture, along with a private driveway for three cars and additional 3 spaces in the woodland area next to the garden, and EV charger. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two highchairs and two travel cots. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. The beachfront community of Carbis Bay, which is only a short drive from famous St. Ives, is well-known for its stunning stretch of fine, white sand. If sunbathing is not really your thing, why not rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and venture out on the water instead? The Ocean Sports Centre is located on the beach.
