There are three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom with bath with Jacuzzi jets, large handheld rainfall shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a cloakroom with basin and WC and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To complete the property, there is a utility and a snug with a woodburning stove. Central heating is gas with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas AGA, electric hob, 2 x microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst an upstairs cupboard hosts a washer/dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, with sky package and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, a front gravelled area and a large rear garden with patio and lawned area. One well-behaved pet welcome. With its award-winning, broad sweeping beaches, rock pools, and dramatic cliffs, Sandsend is the ideal destination for a family break on Yorkshire's beautiful Heritage Coastline. The stretch of beach is known as the Dinosaur Coast for its abundance of fossils, alongside stalls selling beach-day essentials. There are plenty of activities for children, as well as stunning coastal paths to wander or cycle the Cleveland Way Trail for breath-taking clifftop views.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
