The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV and a sofa bed, along with a cloakroom/utility with a washer/dryer and WC. There is a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed multi-level rear garden with a lawned area, gravelled area, sheltered patio, a hot tub and furniture. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome here. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and cot are also provided. Note: There are steps in the garden, please take care and supervise children outside at all times.
Auchterarder, which derives its name from the Gaelic meaning of "Upper Highland," is a rural town in Scotland's lovely Strathearn, Perthshire. Its vibrant centre offers many appealing stores, cafés, and bars, and it features a rich past visible in its historic structures. This lovely environment offers hill walking, horseback riding, cycling, shooting, fishing, and even parachuting, but golf aficionados will be especially pleased with the nearby Gleneagles Hotel complex and Auchterarder Golf Club.
