There is also a utility with a washer/dryer and a lower-ground-floor games room with a kitchenette containing an electric oven and hob, along with a Smart TV, pool table, table tennis and a selection of books and games. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and consist of a super-king-size zip/link, a super-king-size, a ground-floor super-king-size, a lower-ground-floor super-king-size zip/link, and a twin zip/link, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is a gravelled garden with furniture and a barbecue, a patio terrace, and off-road parking. Garage with paddleboards, basic fishing gear and water safety equipment - space outside for own equipment. Within 16.9 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4, a pub, and within 0.1, the sea. Two well behaved pets welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Lochgilphead was created as a planned town and is located at the top end of Loch Gilp, which opens into the much larger Loch Fyne. Lochgilphead flourished and is now a major tourist destination with a wide range of shops, cafes, and bars. The scenery is stunning on all sides, and there are numerous scenic drives to Inverary. Throughout the year, Lochgilphead and the surrounding area host a number of festivals, and there is something for everyone here.
