Sherburn is a settlement and civil parish in North Yorkshire, located on the south side of the Vale of Pickering, just north of the Yorkshire Wolds, and within easy distance of the North York Moors National Park. Sherburn is an excellent location for outdoor experiences in the North Yorkshire countryside, and it's close to Scarborough and Filey. There is a Post Office, a tavern, a convenience store, and a newsagents in the village, as well as a few other local businesses.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
