The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pets welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. Note: The garden is enclosed by wooden gates. Note: There is a stream which runs past the property, please ensure pets and children are supervised. For a memorable escape to the Lakes, choose Burn House. Ambleside, with its boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium, and Beatrix Potter's “Hill Top House” at Sawrey, offers even more attractions than the other town. Grizedale Forest Park is conveniently located not far from the city, and it offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities. If you're looking for a more action-packed vacation, the area also has many National Trust sites and a wide range of water activities to offer. The 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness is sure to be a hit with the kids, while the nearby towns of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick, and the Lakeland Mountains are well worth a visit.
