The living areas in this property consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV, and a garage for bike storage. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin (zip/link) on the first-floor, and a king-size and a twin (zip/link) on the ground-floor, along with a shower room, and a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, a rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but please, no smoking. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available on request. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bryncoed is a delightful dwelling for a family break to Anglesey. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property.

Valley is a tranquil and pleasant village in the centre of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. It has a welcome tavern, a shop, and a Post Office as well as other facilities. The entire island is brimming with interesting sights and activities, all of which are within a 30-minute drive. The nearby towns of Holyhead and Trearddur Bay, the former boasting attractive shops and taverns as well as the magnificent Breakwater with its County Park, are also close by. Trearddur Bay, meanwhile, is surrounded by beautiful craggy coastline, sandy beaches, and coves, as well as the charming South Stack Lighthouse. Visit the wonderful mediaeval town of Beaumaris, with its dramatic castle and a variety of interesting things, on the opposite end of the island. Llanfair PG, the world's second-longest one-word place name, is also close by. For outdoor aficionados, head to mainland Wales and spend a day in Llandudno, Conwy, Caernarfon, or even the Snowdonia National Park.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
