The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with a range with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a conservatory/dining room with seating for four people, a sitting room with a Smart TV with DVD player, a selection of books and games, and an electric fire, as well as a conservatory. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with gravelled area and furniture, and off-road parking. Within 3.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 4.9, a pub. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome, however please note that this is a non-smoking property.
