The living area in the property is open plan with underfloor heating. The kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV, DVD player and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed, front garden with patio, gravelled area and furniture, and roadside parking. Within 2.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2, a pub. One small-medium sized, well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however there is an additional charge for pets at £20 per full or park week. This property may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility and children under 5, as there are six slate steps with a handrail down to the property entrance, please take care.
