There is a super-king-size bedroom with Smart served by a shower room with walk-in shower. To the outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.6 miles there is a pub, plus a beach within 1.7 miles. This property accepts one small to medium sized pet but does not accept smoking. WiFi (superfast broadband), fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Annex is a romantic escape to Cumbria.
Ulverston is a historic market town with a cobblestone main street. It has a diverse range of independent stores, cafés, and pubs, many of which have open fires and serve real ales. There is a wide range of dining options available, from gourmet dining to classic pub fare. Ulverston is also noted for its festivals, which include everything from flags and walks to art and music festivals in the summer, as well as the famed Dickensian Christmas celebration in late November. It is the birthplace of Stan Laurel and the world record holder for the largest foam pie battle in the world, providing a look into the lively neighbourhood. There are gorgeous countryside and wonderful walks near the town, with views of the southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay. The deepest, widest, and shortest canal in the world, it provides for a pleasant afternoon stroll with views over the sea and a tavern at the end. All of the National Park's attractions are also easily accessible. The Furness Coast is known for its sandy beaches and excellent birdwatching opportunities. The South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Lakes Windermere and Coniston, and popular Birkrigg Common, with its spectacular panoramic views across Morecambe Bay, are among nearby family activities.
