There is a mezzanine double bedroom and a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free home. One well-behaved dog welcomed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 4.9 miles and a pub in 2 miles. East Ayton can be found in the Scarborough district of North Yorkshire.
