The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and dining seating for four, there is also a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for two small cars and a rear garden with a gravelled area and lawn. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 0.6 miles a pub and 0.7 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to North Wales at Hen Bopty. Note: The front garden is enclosed by wooden gates that can be shut after parking. Note: There is a step up into the kitchen/diner, please take care. In the Snowdonia National Park, between the stunning Cambrian Mountains and Barmouth Bay, sits the beach community of Fairbourne. This seaside community is situated next to a sizable sandy beach that's ideal for watersports and family enjoyment. The Fairbourne nature reserve is also located there. The well-known town of Barmouth, with its bars, eateries, and lovely beach, is easily accessible by rail. Alternatively, you may take a leisurely stroll across the famous Victorian Barmouth Railway Bridge, which offers breath-taking views of the Mawddach Estuary. The entire area is home to a variety of natural flora, wonderful walking trails, watersports, and many bird species that congregate at the area's protected beaches and rock pools. In a short journey, explore the charming towns of Dolgellau and Aberdovey as well as the magnificent sites of mediaeval Harlech Castle, Portmeirion Italianate Village, and the stunning Snowdonia National Park.
