This single-storey, detached cottage offers an open-plan living space with an egg chair, sofa, a Smart TV and dining seating for two. The kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets and babes-in-arms welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 2.4 you will find a pub. Camelford, an old market town near Cornwall's north coast, is an ideal location for exploring the wild country of Bodmin Moor and the high cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages, and surfing beaches that populate this beautiful area. The southwest coastal path is open all year, and the surrounding villages and hamlets have a plethora of country inns and restaurants. Camelford's nearest beach is Trebarwith Strand, which offers both surf for the more daring and safe rock pools for the younger members! It's truly wonderful, and it's only about five miles away. It's ideal for a day by the sea, and it's also dog friendly. Wadebridge has a vibrant shopping centre and the Camel Trail nearby, and Padstow, Rock, Polzeath, Port Isaac, where Doc Martin is filmed, and Tintagel are all within 30 minutes. All year round, this is a fantastic location.
