There is a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, a utility with a washing machine and a sitting room with Sky Glass TV and woodburning stove. For entertainment, there are also a selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with en-suites and two ground-floor bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x king-size), along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for eight cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed line and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dog’s welcome (£15 per dog, per week); however, no smoking allowed. Within 2.1 miles there is a shop and within 1.2 miles, a pub. The Tithe Barn is a beautiful base for exploring the rolling countryside of Devon. due to the proximity to a working farm, it is imperative that the gates must be kept closed if there are dogs and children around, unless dogs and children are in the bottom part of the garden, which can be secured separately by way of closing the little gate.

South Molton, North Devon, is renowned as The Gateway to Exmoor and has a market twice a week. Its location near coastal and inland beauty sites will please all visitors. Forests, moors, rivers, and the coast are nearby, along with old churches and buildings. Residents like the area's calm charm, and visitors notice the locals' civic pride. There is superb walking on the South West Coast Path and the North Devon beaches are varied and interesting. Visit Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks, and the cliff train. Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridge, and Withypool are among Exmoor's attractions. Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are also worth a visit, as are Woolacombe, Saunton, and Croyde.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
