The living areas in the mid-terrace cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Velvetiser, dining seating for four people, along with a sitting room hosting an electric fire and a Smart TV, along with an external utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with a patio, gravelled areas, furniture and bike storage, along with on-street parking. Within 5.5 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 0.4, a pub. Please note that this property is smoke-free. 2 x small to medium well behaved dogs accepted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are also provided. A fantastic break in the Snowdonia National Park awaits at Coed Y Glyn.

Bala is the headquarters of the rail line Bala Lake Railway and is known for outstanding activities like as fishing, boating, kayaking, windsurfing, and whitewater rafting. The town itself is rich in history, with a variety of intriguing shops, inns, and restaurants, as well as a mediaeval Town Walk.
