The living areas in the main cottage include a kitchen with an AGA range cooker, electric oven, electric induction hob, and fridge, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, microwave, and wine cooler, a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, a dining room, a conservatory, a snug with TV and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and three doubles with en-suites, along with a ground-floor bathroom. The external annexe consists of a studio-style double bedroom with kitchenette including an electric oven, fridge, and dishwasher, and an en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan living space with fridge, hot tub, double sided woodburning stove and shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn with furniture and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome, but no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles, and a pub in 3.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Henhouse Farm is a grand abode for a family break to Herefordshire. Note: There are steps throughout the property. Note: The property is positioned on a working farm, home to an array of wildlife, and is accessed by a 1.2km stone private farm track, may be unsuitable for sports cars.

Bodenham is a small village in Herefordshire that boasts a 16th century black and white village bar, Post Office, shop, and Brockington Golf Course, which is available to players of all levels and has a tearoom and restaurant that is open to non-members. Bodenham is the ideal base for touring the wonderful surrounding counties, which are renowned for their outstanding scenery, boasting many scenic walks and cycle trails, great nature watching opportunities, and, of course, a wealth of historic houses and gardens scattered throughout the area. It is located between the cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester. The town of Leominster, which dates to the 7th century, is home to several outstanding specimens of architecture, including the Priory Church, as well as a broad variety of shops, cafés, and pubs, and is the ideal place to spend a peaceful afternoon roaming around in pleasant surroundings. Hereford, a cathedral city with an eclectic mix of architecture and a mediaeval bridge over the winding River Wye, dates to Saxon times.
