The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite wet room, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop, within 1.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a lake and please note that pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. High Trees is a delightful base, perfect for discovering the treasures of Cheshire. Note: The property is set on the owner's working farm. Note: The twin room can also accommodate 2 children with permission from the owner. Note : This property only accepts 4 adults and 2 children. The iconic Saxon Crosses may still be seen in the cobbled square of Sandbach, a sizable ancient market town in Cheshire that is off the M6. There are numerous unique stores in the town, as well as various pubs and eateries. The market square, located in the heart of Sandbach, hosts regular weekly markets, a monthly farmers' market, as well as a fantastic holiday market to keep everyone in good cheer. A beautiful spot to visit with intriguing wood carvings to admire is the Brereton Heath Nature Reserve. Visit St. Mary's Church, a Grade II listed structure with stunning stained-glass windows, for something a little different. The church yard is also a tranquil area to explore.
