1 Bank Terrace is a lovely cottage situated in Newport, Wales, on the Pembrokeshire coast. Set over three floors, boasting four bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room, one king-size, one twin and one second-floor king-size with en-suite shower room. The property benefits from a family bathroom and a first floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and dining area, with a separate sitting room and snug area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Permit parking is available for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Make memories at 1 Bank Terrace.
