The city's castle dates back to the 12th century. There are three golf courses within a short distance of each other. Other nearby attractions include Walby Farm Park, Hadrian's Wall, and Talkin Tarn, all of which offer excellent hiking trails. The North Pennines AONB and the Lake District National Park are also within a short distance of each other. Corby Hill is an ideal location from which to explore Cumbria's many attractions.
