Kelly Bray, a three-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating, dining room with dining seating for eight people, sitting room with TV, and conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king size, double, twin with en-suite shower room, and second-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, terraced area, greenhouse, and patio furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Kelly Bray is a lovely base for a Dorset escape. Note: Starter pack for woodburning stove not supplied. Note: Steps in the garden; please take care. Note: There are ongoing renovation works to the property next door, the work is being completed between 8.30am - 4.30pm each day.

The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
