The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor, open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer and dishwasher, a dining area for five and a sitting area with Smart TV, there is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and a ground-floor family room with double and single serviced by a bathroom and a sperate WC. Outside there is a front tiered garden with patio with furniture, lawn and sea views. Within 0.9 miles is a shop, 0.7 miles a pub and 1.6 miles a beach. Highchair, travel cot available on request. There is a gas station, two pubs, a fish and chip shop, and a restaurant down at Pwll Gwaelod beach, and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys beach is just as close, both offering breath-taking scenery and the chance to spend tranquil days in perfect settings, and yet they are almost unnoticed by the general public unless they leave the main route through the village. Newport, not far away, is an interesting seaside town with a rich history and lots of great places to shop, eat, and drink, as well as enjoy the water. Castles, mills, craft centres, and golf courses abound in this beautiful Welsh county, making it an ideal holiday destination at any time of year.
