WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed line and towels are all included in the price. Eden Vale Hut is a beautiful setting for a romantic getaway to the Cumbrian countryside.

This charming northern English town, once the seat of Westmorland's county government, is nestled in the lush Eden Valley. To get to the well-preserved Norman Castle and the lovely mediaeval Church of St. Lawrence, walk down the charming Boroughgate street, which is lined with some interesting old buildings. Several old steam trains still run through Appleby on the Settle-Carlisle Railway, which is one of the most scenic routes in the United Kingdom. This route includes a trip over the historically significant Ribblehead viaduct. This is a wonderful location for a getaway, as it is only a short distance from the beautiful Lake District and Ullswater.
