The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric double oven and induction hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a dining area with seating for 10, and a sitting area with Smart TV and double-sided woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and a games room with pool table, dart board and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Freeview TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with Freeview TV and en-suite shower room, and two twins with zip/link, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there are several patios, main patio with furniture and barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Cot and highchair available. Note: The sofa bed can sleep up to two children and will need to be requested in advance for a flat fee of £50 to cover addition cleaning and laundry costs. Horam is a quaint rural community that is on the outskirts of the High Weald AONB between Burlow and Little London. The village has a number of fun things to do, like the Horam Park and the Horam Manor Farm. Dining options include Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant, Lakeside Horam, and Trawlerman Fish & Chips, while you can stock up on essentials at the well-stocked convenience stores and petrol station. The town of Eastbourne, home to the Eastbourne Miniature Railway, the Royal Eastbourne Golf Club, Eastbourne Beach, Treasure Island Adventure Park, and the Eastbourne Lighthouse Museum, is conveniently located not far from the village. The Mount Edgcumbe, Dunorlan Park, and Sherwood Lake may all be found in Royal Tunbridge Wells, which is located further afield.
