In a great location for exploring all that Mid Cornwall has to offer, the village of Threemilestone is a great home base for your vacation. Visit the bustling town of Truro, home to the magnificent Victorian Truro Cathedral, the Royal Cornwall Museum, and a wide variety of unique shops, and take a boat ride down the River Fal to the old fishing villages of Falmouth and St. Mawes for a glimpse into the region's architectural past. Cornwall's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are conveniently close by, as are the county's many coastal and rural attractions. Those looking to get their blood pumping can take advantage of the area's many sandy beaches, where they can participate in a variety of watersports—including surfing, a local favourite. Both the St. Agnes Heritage Coast and the Roseland Heritage Coast are within easy driving distance, providing easy access to a wide variety of rural activities and beautiful sandy beaches perfect for a day of relaxation, surfing lessons, or a fun outing with the family. This beautiful, rural part of Cornwall has a lot to offer, and a visit is highly recommended. Activities include kayaking on the River Fal from Looe Beach, renting bikes in Bissoe for the coast-to-coast mining path, and horseback riding at a number of nearby stables are all within a 10-minute drive. Those interested in culture can take a stroll through the woods at the National Trust's Trelissick Garden, which is home to an art gallery and a bookstore. This unspoiled corner of Cornwall is a must-see, and Threemilestone is the best place to call home base.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
