The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washer/dryer, a sitting room with TV, a selection of books, and a gas fire, and a dining room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, and two doubles, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved dog welcome, but please note that the garden is not enclosed and will need to be kept on lead whilst outside. No smoking in this property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.4 miles, and a pub in 1.7 miles. The Rise is the perfect base for a break away in Gwynedd, North Wales.
Bangor, on the North Wales coast, is a university town with a diverse assortment of shops, bars, and restaurants. With two vehicle bridges over the Menai Strait, it is the principal crossing point for the Isle of Anglesey. Across the lake, the castle and pier in Beaumaris make for a pleasant day trip, or you may take a boat to Puffin Island. Anglesey has numerous magnificent beaches, including Rhosneigr, Trearddur Bay, and Red Wharf Bay, which are all accessible through the Anglesey Coastal Path. On the island, the National Trust mansion Plas Newydd can be located, while on the mainland, NT sites such as Penrhyn Castle and Bodnant Gardens can be discovered. Snowdonia's stunning mountains and lakes are only a short drive away, and the region boasts a plethora of castles, beaches, and other attractions. Bangor and the Menai Straits really have it all!
