The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart Tv. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed multi-level rear garden with lawn, patio, and roadside parking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. The Bird House is a well-positioned base for an escape to the Norfolk coastline. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: the stairs in the property are steep so please take care.

On the western side of the East Norfolk Coastline is the award-winning seaside community of Hunstanton, also known as Sunny Hunny, which is recognised for its breath-taking ocean sunsets. Hunstanton is a wonderful vacation spot for families. The seashore with promenade includes bowling, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade Gardens, theatre, clean, sandy beaches, donkey rides, and sea tours in an amphibious vessel in addition to rock and candyfloss booths, funfair rides, a Sealife sanctuary, bowling, golfing, and bowling. Numerous events are hosted throughout the year in the town, and on Sunday afternoons a band frequently plays at the bandstand on the green next to the beach, serenading visitors, and sunbathers.
