The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV and electric effect woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, furniture, and hot, an external summerhouse, a car port for two cars, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and Phocle Lake in 0.1 miles. Phocle Ridge is nestled without the Herefordshire countryside, perfect to explore as a family. Note: There are steps in the garden.

The historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, located in the magnificent Wye Valley and in the heart of rural Herefordshire, overlooks a sizable loop in the lovely River Wye. The remarkable 17th-century Market Hall is surrounded by timbered Tudor homes in this charming town, which also offers top-notch stores, bars, and eateries for every taste. Take a trip along the wonderful river, go hot-air ballooning, or simply stroll along the bank and take in the scenery. Travel to Symonds Yat, Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, and the Forest of Dean, if you like.
