The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear courtyard with furniture, on-street parking and parking in a local car park with a permit bought by guests from council. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and beach 0.8 miles.

Weymouth is connected to Portland Harbour and the wild "Isle" of Portland by the stunning Chesil Beach. Just 7 miles away is Dorchester, the inspiration for Thomas Hardy's "Casterbridge," or you may take a drive along the coast and stop by Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. You may also just go to West Bay; the scenery along the Dorset Heritage Coast is breath-taking.
