This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, and a woodburning stove, a utility, and an external utility with washing machine. The bedrooms both have Smart TVs and consist of a king-size with en-suite, and a twin (can be super-king on request), serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, multi-level rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Little Orchard is a fabulous abode for a Devonshire escape. Note: The owner lives next door. Note: The washing machine is housed in the external utility. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: The staircase has open tread steps. Note: The external utility room is lockable which can be used for the secure storage of cycles.

Also, it features charming tea rooms, a wine bar, and an amazing cuisine store that sells fresh seafood and olives. Dartmoor is surrounded by a patchwork of farms and woodland, and it includes many charming villages and hamlets with historic thatched houses and ancient churches.
