This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, and a woodburning stove, a utility, and an external utility with washing machine. The bedrooms both have Smart TVs and consist of a king-size with en-suite, and a twin (can be super-king on request), serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, multi-level rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Little Orchard is a fabulous abode for a Devonshire escape. Note: The owner lives next door. Note: The washing machine is housed in the external utility. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: The staircase has open tread steps. Note: The external utility room is lockable which can be used for the secure storage of cycles.

In all types of weather, the scenery in this region of South Devon is breath-taking, and visitors may go walking, pony riding, canoeing, fishing, or simply relax on the beach. With its intriguing history and museum, Ashburton has developed a reputation for having high-quality outlets for antiques and fine collectibles. It also has several noteworthy artisan businesses. Also, it features charming tea rooms, a wine bar, and an amazing cuisine store that sells fresh seafood and olives. Dartmoor is surrounded by a patchwork of farms and woodland, and it includes many charming villages and hamlets with historic thatched houses and ancient churches.
